The smallest plan is the A1R at 950 square feet (1-bedroom). The largest is the C2R at 2,200 square feet (3-bedroom large layout). All four plans include private balconies and central HVAC.
Rent currently ranges from $1,175 per month for the A1R 1-bedroom up to $1,949+ per month for the C2R 3-bedroom large. The B1R 2-bedroom is $1,199 to $1,350 and the C1R 3-bedroom is $1,399 to $1,575.
